It’s almost been half a year since I removed the silicone. At the place where I had surgery, they said it was scar tissue and gave me injections, but another clinic said it seems like the alar cartilage is protrudingㅠㅠ I’m already extremely stressed because of the columellar scar, and they said it can’t be done with a closed approachㅠ I don’t have the courage to do an open approach again either. Is there anyone like me whose cartilage protrudes next to the columella? How nice would it have been if they had done it meticulously when removing itㅠㅠ I’m looking into another clinic for removal again. I guess not everyone is good just because they’re called one of the top three ㅠㅠㅠ Please don’t ask which clinicㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
