It’s almost been half a year since I removed the silicone. At the place where I had surgery, they said it was scar tissue and gave me injections, but another clinic said it seems like the alar cartilage is protruding I’m already extremely stressed because of the columellar scar, and they said it can’t be done with a closed approach I don’t have the courage to do an open approach again either. Is there anyone like me whose cartilage protrudes next to the columella? How nice would it have been if they had done it meticulously when removing it I’m looking into another clinic for removal again. I guess not everyone is good just because they’re called one of the top three Please don’t ask which clinic
