I had surgery about 4 years ago with nasal bridge 4, nasal tip using ear cartilage, and nostril reduction, but the nasal tip has drooped a lot, so instead of an ideally sharp, high nose, it became a vaguely rounded nose. The front view is okay, but the side view isn’t greatㅋㅎㅋㅎ I wonder if the nostril reduction was too excessive too, because my nose, which was already small for my face, seems to have become even smaller. My nose used to be broad and flat, but after lifting and reducing it, it feels even smallerㅋㅋ ㅠ So I’m wondering if, if I remove it, it might become a bit broader and flatter again and the nostril reduction might look a bit better too. Restoring nostril reduction must be difficult, right? Sigh, this is hard.
