Has anyone been told that during total removal, they would grind down the step-like uneven septal cartilage and reinforce the uneven area with it?̆̈

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
