I was planning to do it by harvesting autologous dermis and septal cartilage during the removal. My septum was small, and there were some bone fragments at the tip, so they harvested everything, but couldn’t use it, and I ended up just getting the removal done. I guess it’s fate. The harvested autologous dermis that couldn’t even be used and was discarded hurts ㅜㅜ
