They say I don’t need ptosis correction, but they’re telling me to do upper blepharoplasty.

My eyes, nose, and mouth are a bit close together, and they said the horizontal length of the outer corners of my eyes isn’t bad, so I don’t need ptosis correction. The doctor said my eyes have just drooped a bit with age, so I should get upper blepharoplasty ㅠㅠ I thought ptosis correction would make a somewhat dramatic change, but even if I get double eyelids, I look too greasy, and if I get upper blepharoplasty, I do look a bit more like myself for sure, but it doesn’t seem like some huge change. Why would they tell me not to get ptosis correction? I’m asking because I don’t like my eyes and wonder if there’s any other method besides upper blepharoplasty. I need to know something to know what to do and how it would change so I can argue for something or whatever, ha...
