I just got the silicone taken out. But during my first surgery and the revision blood/fluid-pocket irrigation surgery, I didn’t really think it was that hard, so I don’t know why just taking out one piece of silicone is so exhausting this time lol. I still don’t know about any step-off or the shape yet, but my nasal bridge feels so light. There’s no foreign-body sensation. Even when I had the silicone, I didn’t feel like there was a foreign-body sensation, but now that it’s out, I think I get it. I’ve never had inflammation, but still, somehow I feel relieved. It feels refreshing. But I’m also worried that once the taping is removed and the swelling goes down, the step-off or nose shape might look serious. I just hope it doesn’t look awful ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
