First of all, the photos are from before surgery. My natural nose was on the shorter side and upturned, so my nostrils were very visible, and maybe because I didn’t really have a nasal tip, my side profile was honestly not good either. So I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage, but since my nasal bridge wasn’t low, I didn’t touch it and only did the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. Refer to the post.
