I had 35 mm of silicone inserted and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip, and I’m getting it removed a little before 7 months. Will it be similar to my original nose? I heard some people still end up very slightly higher even after removal.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
