I had my first surgery around 2018, and I had a hump nose and a bulbous nose. My nose was already high, so there was no need to put in silicone. They slightly shaved down the hump, did an osteotomy, and lifted the nasal tip with ear cartilage. After the first surgery, there wasn’t a single difference from my original nose, so I had an AS surgery at the same clinic. At that time, they additionally used ear cartilage for the nasal tip and removed fat from my nose.
