Hi, I’ve only been lurking and this is my first time writing a post, but I’m writing because I want to hear various stories and opinions. I had my first surgery around 2018, and I had a hump nose and a bulbous nose. My nose was already high, so there was no need to put in silicone. They slightly shaved down the hump, did an osteotomy, and lifted the nasal tip with ear cartilage. After the first surgery, there wasn’t a single difference from my original nose, so I had an AS surgery at the same clinic. At that time, they additionally used ear cartilage for the nasal tip and removed fat from my nose. But I don’t know if the nasal fat removal was done incorrectly, because I could see partial skin depression, and I was under a lot of stress because of this. Then COVID broke out…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
