It’s been exactly one month since surgery. 15 years ago, I had nasal augmentation with Silitex and septal cartilage, and there was no contracture or inflammation. One month ago, I had everything removed because the implant was showing through.
Since the splint was taken off, there has been something that I’m not sure is a step-off or an indentation, and it’s getting so much bigger and more defined ㅠㅠ I think it’s happening as the swelling goes down. Will this step-off go away?
My original nose should have the nasal tip come down more, but it still feels like the tip hasn’t come down. The implant is gone, but the tip still feels the same.
The hospital says the swelling in the nasal tip goes down the slowest, so let’s wait and see, but now other people also …
