Complete Removal and Support Strut

At first, I definitely wanted complete removal no matter what. But after looking into all kinds of things related to removal, I realized complete removal isn’t exactly easy, so I started leaning toward leaving the support strut in, kind of like a bit of insurance. But when I went around for consultations at clinics, every clinic asked why I would leave the support strut in. They looked at my pre-op photos and said that before surgery, my columella was straight, but after surgery, my columella or nasal tip shifted to the right. They said that to fix this deviation, the support strut absolutely has to be removed. They said if I leave this support strut in, it has no choice but to keep deviating. What would everyone do? ㅜㅜㅜ
