Like if they used another material but conveniently left only that material out when writing it down. For example, they said they only used silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage in the nose, but in reality they also put in Medpor too, something like that. If they really did falsify the record, what should I do? Should I call and confront them, saying another hospital said it doesn’t seem like those were the only materials used?
