Why I’m considering complete removal

I’m now in my mid-30s, and that means I have to live with this nose for the next 60 years. I feel like there’s a higher chance that a problem will eventually occur than that it will go without any issues. If I assume I’ll have to open up my nose at least 2-3 more times, then I also think it might make sense to do reconstruction for removal/function at that time, and if another problem happens afterward, to do additional reconstruction then. So I’m thinking that removing it easily right now may not be the answer. What do you think? For reference, in my first surgery at the end of last year, for the bridge I had the hump shaved down and cartilage plus Megaderm, and for the nasal tip I had septal support…
