Swelling after autologous fat grafting!

I went and booked an appointment for fat grafting surgery yesterday.. After hesitating for a year, I finally decided and made the appointment, but now I am so anxious.. After reading the reviews posted here, people say the swelling is no joke.. What should I do? I am planning to do it during a one-week summer vacation... But from reading the posts here, people say one week is not enough... I have to go back to work after one week.. I am worried.. I am planning to do it secretly without telling my friends, coworkers, or even my family.. What should I do? I am wondering whether I should cancel now.. I booked it for the week after next.. For those who have had the surgery! How was it? Is one week not enough? How swollen does it get? Does it swell so badly that people cannot recognize your face? Does it not look like a human face? I just thought it would be like when you eat a lot at night and your face is very swollen the next day.. about that much.. (after one week..) Is that not it? Is there anyone who could post a photo from around day 5? I think I need to see it myself and decide again... Please.. Oh! I am planning to inject fat into the areas above and below the eyes, the nasolabial folds, and the chin area.
