For those who had their nasal bridge built up with septal cartilage, after removal, did that distinctive blunt, heavy feeling of septal cartilage go away? It's been two months since my rhinoplasty, and every time I open my mouth wide or run, my nasal tip vibrates, so I want to have it removed. I'm curious whether, after removal and some time passes, it becomes okay like my old nose
