7 years ago, I had donated dermis on the nasal bridge and a septal support strut at the nasal tip, and I’m planning to remove them. They say the donated dermis has mostly been absorbed, but I feel uneasy about it. I went for a consultation to have removal at Sㅇ, and they said removing only the donated dermis would be meaningless, and that removing the septal support strut too, then releasing it through cartilage repositioning so it returns somewhat to my original nose, would be meaningful. But if the septal support strut is removed too, will the nose turn upward? My nose has already become upturned and short because of the surgery. The support strut isn’t even long, so it just ended up making the nasolabial angle larger. Both GㅇS and Sㅇ said my original nose wasn’t upturned, and now…
