I had been considering only nostril reduction and nasal tip surgery, but both famous clinics said that because my skin is thick and the nose itself has limits with the tip alone, inserting silicone would make the expected result higher. Silicone just makes me a bit nervous, and I’m also worried that after paying 3.3 million won for the nasal tip and nostrils, I might not be satisfied with the after-result. I don’t need a sharp, glamorous nose; just an ordinary, slightly slim look would be okay. In this situation, what choice would you make?
