First of all, I’m a man and I tend to like working out. If I had known in advance that septal extension makes the nasal tip this stiff, I wouldn’t have done it. It’s too stiff and I feel a foreign-body sensation. It also seems like it might be slightly visible through the skin. But the shape itself isn’t strange and looks natural. I’m thinking about removal. Is it okay to remove it simply because of discomfort?
