After having nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage, I was dissatisfied with the shape, and now I have missed the early removal window and am waiting 6 months. I did not originally have an upturned nose, but my nose was short, so after using septal cartilage, my nose became higher and longer, and the columella was pulled up along with it, so my columella is now slightly shorter than my natural nose. I plan to remove it right after completing 6 months, but I am very worried that after removal, the shortened columella might get even shorter or not return ㅜ For those who have had septal cartilage removed, I am curious whether you were satisfied after removal. I am waiting 6 months because I do not like the shape cosmetically…
