I saw reviews saying that when everything is removed from the nose, it becomes higher than the original nose, so I'm curious whether that only applies when the capsule is not removed, or whether it becomes higher than the original nose even if the capsule is removedㅠㅠㅠ My skin is on the thin side, so I want to have everything removed without removing the capsule, but then they also say that if the capsule remains, contracture can occur, so it's giving me a headache.
