Hello, I’m someone looking into nasal implant/removal surgery. My surgeries were hump nose correction, lateral osteotomy, septal extension, ear cartilage, and skin show-through. For revision, I had ear cartilage removal, lowered septal extension, and autologous dermis. Currently, because of discomfort and pain, I’ve also developed nasal obstruction, so I desperately want the septal extension material removed. I work, so every weekend I go around Seoul for consultations. From the consultations I’ve had, complete removal is possible, but opinions differ by doctor on restoring and reconstructing the nasal tip after removal. 1. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
