Are they also good with function? I know they’re good with contracture and cosmetically difficult, extreme noses, but I’m not sure about the functional side. When I went for a consultation, it seemed like they don’t really touch the functional part. I still have functional issues now, so when removing the implant, I think this part is the most important. They said that although I had osteotomy and extension, in the end they hadn’t touched the functional part, so restoration or grafts like a spreader graft wouldn’t be necessary ㅠ I want to have the surgery here, but I’m worried about the functional aspect. Has anyone here been told that they need functional correction at this clinic?
