In the past, I had septal surgery at a university hospital, but three months after the surgery it went back to how it was before, so it failed. I’m not sure whether plastic surgery clinics are good at this kind of surgery. I don’t think an ENT specialist would be stationed at a plastic surgery clinic, so I’m really torn between getting functional rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic, or only getting septal surgery at a university hospital and then getting cosmetic rhinoplasty separately at a plastic surgery clinic.
