I'm so frustrated I could die..

I had surgery on the 20th, so as of today it's day 5. My nose was originally short and upturned.. I had no bridge at all between my eyes.. It's not like I had some fantasy about nose surgery, but even if it's only day 5, shouldn't there be at least some change in the nasal tip? The tip is lifted just the same. When I asked, they said that since they made it into a beoseon-style nose shape, if anything the nostrils might show more, and they can't make them not show; I understand up to this point. Because I admitted that I had an unnecessary complex about it;; Just when looking from the front, as long as the area between my eyes looks like it has a bridge, I'd be satisfied with that.. Swelling? I haven't swollen at all...... The nasal tip has gotten bigger and blunter than before.. It's not swelling; they tied it with septal cartilage.. and it got bigger.. Between the eyes? There's no change at all. When I asked how many mm they used, they said they don't know~ they don't remember; Does this even make sense.. My nostrils were originally uneven, but.. one nostril has sunk way down over there; It's gotten worse. I really feel like crying.. I feel like I'm going crazy
