I had open rhinoplasty with silicone and ear cartilage. I really had the surgery without any plan, so I don't even know how many millimeters it was and just went ahead with it. After the silicone was put in, it looked too high, so during surgery my mom came in and watched, and she asked the doctor to make it lower, so they checked while lowering it again and again. They lowered it so much that the doctor even said, if you're going to do this, why are you having surgery? But now I'm suddenly worried whether that lowering meant they cut the silicone they had prepared to match the height and put it in, if they do that, or whether they shaved the nasal bone. I didn't have a hump or a high nose, it was just my low natural nose...
