I injured my nose and developed inflammation, so I’m trying to have it removed. I had straight silicone placed only in the nasal bridge without touching the nasal tip. If I only remove the silicone without touching the nasal tip, is there a possibility the tip could become upturned? The clinic says the nasal tip could turn up, so they want to adjust it with ear cartilage or septal cartilage, but I’m worried because I don’t want to touch it again while it’s inflamed. It’s been about 10 years since the surgery.
