When I just touch it, it feels pretty firm, so does that mean it's on the thick side? I feel like my face would look much better if only my nose got a bit smaller, but I like soccer and exercise the most, so I'm worried that if I get plastic surgery and then play soccer or sports, I won't be able to play properly. Also, are nasal tip fat removal and cartilage tying ineffective if the nose skin is thick?
