I had nose surgery 9 years ago, and my nasal tip is too pointy and shows through the skin, so I want to remove it. 1 How much does the hardness of the nasal tip decrease? Will I be able to make a pig nose? 2 If it is total removal, that means removing the support strut too, so will the nasal tip lift up? 3 If I do total removal, will the current nostril asymmetry improve? 4 I’m removing it in a situation without inflammation or contracture, so should the capsule definitely be completely removed, or not?
