For one thing, I’m a guy and I have a face with a long midface, and people say that with this type, getting nose surgery can make you look even longer, so it’s better not to do it lol. My nose is a bit low and has a slightly bulbous tip feel, but if I raise the bridge from here, I feel like I’d look even longer, so I’m torn. Is there anyone in the community with a long midface who got nose surgery and was satisfied?
