I’m looking into nose surgery in early December. I had alar reduction last year, but it had no effect and I only wasted money, so this time I want to have surgery at a proper place without side effects. I’m thinking of doing the nasal bridge and nasal tip, so I’d appreciate it if you could recommend good hospitals in the comments and also places I should absolutely avoid. Please ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
