In another cafe, they said that if I remove everything, it’ll become lower than my original nose and the shape will definitely become strange, so I should get revision surgery instead of removal. They also said that even if I remove it, there’s an 80 percent chance I’ll need revision surgery. Is that true? Can I ignore it? If I just want removal, it’s right to do it, isn’t it?
