While looking into things this time, I think I heard that osteotomy is often done for bulbous noses. If an osteotomy is done, are there any problems that can occur? I’d like to do it without an implant if possible, and they said osteotomy is recommended for the nasal line to look prettier when doing implant-free rhinoplastyㅠ If anyone knows about related side effects, and if there are clinics famous for implant-free rhinoplasty for men with bulbous noses, please recommend them.
