I’m definitely planning to remove the silicone, but I’m debating whether to remove the nasal tip and do cartilage repositioning. I thought cartilage repositioning was a surgery that raises the nasal tip, but they said that’s not what it is, and that it’s a surgery to reposition the cartilage back to its original shape haha. Or should I remove the silicone and revise only the nasal tip again? Has anyone removed silicone and had only the nasal tip revised again? My current nose was operated on using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, but I heard that if a lot of septal cartilage was harvested and used, the nose can become lower ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
