I think it has been 10 yearsㅠㅠ My nasal alae are deeply sunken like a bulbous nose, and my nose is low, so I hate my nose so much. I had cosmetic surgery in Busan in my late 20s, but after 1 year the silicone protruded through my nostril. I went to the clinic right away, and they just pulled it straight out and said they would do it again after 3 months, but I was so scared that I have been living like this since then. After that, my nasal tip gradually became upturned, and now my nostrils are visible even from the front, my nasal alae are uneven, and my side profile stresses me out so much that I don't look at it. I have hesitated until now because I was afraid touching it again would make it worse, but if it gets any later, sigh…
