One side of the nasal bridge silicone area between my eyes keeps staying red, so I think it’s inflammation

I had surgery at a hospital in a metropolitan city 6 years ago, with silicone in the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. As soon as I developed symptoms where one side of my nasal bridge turned red, I went to the hospital where I had the surgery and said I thought it was inflammation and asked them to remove all the silicone and nasal tip material. But the doctor said it was absolutely not inflammation, and that if I removed the silicone now, my nose shape would 100% become strange and I would regret it. He said the nasal tip can’t be removed because the support would be gone. So if I wanted removal, only the silicone would have to be removed, but then my nose shape would become strange and I would 100% regret it, and he talked for over 30 minutes telling me to just live with it, so I just came back. He also told me to stop looking things up on the internetㅋㅋㅋ But…
