I’m a 21-year-old man, and it’ll be my first rhinoplasty, so I still don’t really know which clinic is good. I don’t need a dramatic nose transformation or anything like that; my alar base is a little wide, so I’d just like that part to be improved. Price really isn’t a major concern, so I just want no side effects and improvement of the alar width.
