It’s been three years since my nose surgery, and when I’m bare-faced, I feel like the silicone shows a lot. I asked them to make my nose shape look natural even normally ㅠㅜㅠ There are no functional issues, and when I wear makeup, my nose line and nasal tip look so pretty. But when I’m bare-faced, the obvious look bothers me so much. Should I remove it?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
