It’s been 2 years since I had implant-free rhinoplasty using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But as time goes on, the cartilage show-through is getting worse and my side profile is becoming sharper, so I want to remove it. I also sometimes hear that it looks like I had surgeryㅜ I’m really stressed because of this. But I like the front view of my surgical nose, and my original nose was bulbous and asymmetric, so I’m really torn. Would it be right to remove it?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
