Recently, after a major failed functional rhinoplasty in Seoul 4 years ago, I have had nearly 10 surgeries since then, including reconstructive surgeries and revision surgeries I harvested septal cartilage once, chest rib cartilage 3 times, and ear cartilage 5 times.
