When you get nose surgery, they remove fat, right? Does that fill back in, or once it’s removed, is that the end of it? I miss having a plump nose. Does it look slim because the nasal tip was lifted?ㅜㅜ When does the flesh fill back in? Filling 200 characters is insanely hard
