I had bulbous nose correction, and I remember that at the time they also did nasal tip cartilage suturing and some fat removal. What I’m curious about is, if you have everything removed after fat removal, doesn’t the nasal tip become upturned or wrinkly? Actually, I saw some people in this category worrying because they had fat removed, so I’m curious.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
