I had surgery on the nasal septum, nasal tip, revision rhinoplasty, and nostril/alar base area, and from about 40 days afterward, the inside of my right nostril at the 11 o’clock direction kept swelling. I wondered if it was because I was tired from shift work, so after a day or two I went to the clinic. They said it was simple inflammation, made a small incision under local anesthesia, removed the pus and inflammation, and said I’d be okay if I took 5 days of antibiotics, so I thought I’d be fine. But today, while massaging my nose, I stroked down from the top toward the columella area, and my nostril started itching. Then something kept dripping, so I looked and it was something like yellow discharge from the nose swelling …
