Those who have had everything removed, please leave a comment just once. I had osteotomy and only raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage, but for some reason the end of my columella protrudes, and my columella has become way, way too long. In this case, if I have everything removed, will the columella go back? I'm so stressed that I'm having such a hard time all day. Please help me
