I want to remove the nasal tip, but I'm really worried it might collapse because I'm afraid of severe columellar retraction, the nose lifting, and a severe nasal contracture phase. I only have a columellar strut, made with ear cartilage. The septum wasn't touched, so it's fine. I've been to a lot of consultations, and as you know, S.S.O. tends to speak ambiguously, so they spoke ambiguously. G.Y.S. just seemed annoyed and said there was no possibility of columellar retraction or the nose lifting.
