I only had the nasal tip done, and my original nose didn't have much columellar show and was slightly upturned. I want to remove the nasal tip, but I'm really worried it might collapse because I'm afraid of severe columellar retraction, the nose lifting, and a severe nasal contracture phase. I only have a columellar strut, made with ear cartilage. The septum wasn't touched, so it's fine. I've been to a lot of consultations, and as you know, S.S.O. tends to speak ambiguously, so they spoke ambiguously. G.Y.S. just seemed annoyed and said there was no possibility of columellar retraction or the nose lifting. P.R.M. also said during the consultation that it would go back to the way it was, but at the hospital where I originally had surgery, they said they don't know, that they can't predict…
