As the title says, my spreader grafts are made from septal cartilage, and some places say they leave them in because removing the spreader grafts would cause a saddle nose. But if they leave them in, the nasal bridge will be wider than my original noseㅠㅠ My operated nose already looks like the nasal bridge is wide, so it’s stressful. Will it look even wider… Everyone, please tell me what you knowㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
