I went for a consultation, and they said I have to do sedation anesthesia and that they’ll call in a specialist separately. I thought it would be local anesthesia, but does it normally differ by person?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
