Is there anyone who had closed rhinoplasty at ㅍㄹㅁ? I think I saw a post saying that while doing it closed, they might switch to open rhinoplasty in the middle. Do a lot of people do it closed too? I have silicone and ear cartilage, and I was consulted for closed rhinoplasty. I’m wondering whether there’s a high chance it could change during surgery or what.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
