I really like it because it seems like they remove everything very cleanly. They showed me photos inside the nose before and after surgery, and I was shocked because it was seriously super clean. But they said they don’t reinforce the septum unless the septal cartilage is severed. Even if the nasal dorsum looks a bit sunken and has a saddle nose feeling, they said they won’t do it. Ha ㅜ ㅜ ㅜ I know saddle nose is rare, but honestly, looking at this community, it seems like there are more cases than you’d think, and people who keep getting revision surgery may even be living without knowing they have a saddle nose. Ha, I’m so torn. Since they’re known as one of the top three for removal, when I look at people who had surgery there, they come out with septal reinforcement …
