Not talking about a nose that only had simple silicone inserted without any nasal tip cartilage manipulation, but assuming there were various nasal tip cartilage manipulations, will it be okay even long after complete removal? Doctors all say such different things. Does that mean it’s a matter of probability as to what will happen?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
