I’m trying to have it removed because of swelling between my eyebrows. I had my primary surgery 6 months ago with septal cartilage and silicone. Sㅇ says they will do a full removal and make it as close to my original nose as possible. GㅇS says it would be a full removal for now, and the silicone definitely has to be removed, and the septal cartilage would also be removed, but they said it may not have enough support, and if it seems like it won’t have support, they would use the removed septal cartilage, or anyway some cartilage, to reinforce it so it doesn’t collapse. Both said it’s probably inflammation or blood pooling, and the prices are almost the same. The difference between the two clinics is that Sㅇ takes photos of what was removed and the process during surgery...
